Me the Seagull and the Sky
‘Me the Seagull and the Sky’ is a three-minute film, set to be shot in Cork's Triskel Christchurch building in Super 16mm film stock. From the end of December 2011 a team of Cork-based film-makers will collaborate to work on shooting and producing the film. We will use this blog, throughout the process to give insight into the artists involved and into the production process of the film itself.

The Christchurch building ALL TO OURSELVES!!
We had an amazing time filming in the Triskel over the Christmas period - with the Christchurch building closed to the general public and ALL TO OURSELVES! It felt fairly ghostly at points, which may have added to the atmosphere of filming! Here's a snippet of one of our on-set shots with more to come . .

The beautiful Izabela Szczutkowiecky took close to 100 photos on site during our dress rehearsal yesterday! We are very fortunate to have this busy lady providing still shots of our film. These will be unveiled with much excitement in January when Izabela returns to Cork from a Christmas visit to Poland. Check out her gorgeous photographic work on her blog 'mondays'.
